Charity shop bargain

While perusing the wares in our local Salvation Army shop, I spotted a big bin bag with a small note taped to it: dolls house £5.

Bit of a gamble as it was completely dismantled and the woman in the shop didn't know if all the pieces were there, however I like a challenge. Had quite an enjoyable evening working out how to assemble it without the instructions and in the end I think it was worth the money! It needed a good scrub, and there are a few minor pieces missing but it turns out I can order these direct from playmobil.

Well, that's Madam's 4th birthday present sorted out. Or, if she doesn't like dolls, a rare vintage item to go on eBay!! (More likely- mum will keep it and play!)
