Making things

I have got the sewing machine out! Having a lovely time making some bits and bobs for the next craft fair - nappy wallets, taggy giraffes, crinkle toys.

There is something deeply satisfying about making things - since my pregnancy and beyond I have found it difficult to get into books - (very annoying for someone who normally loves reading and has several books on the go at once ) so I have found the only way to relax is to be crocheting or sewing or crafting. Unfortunately the downside to this is the huge amount of mess and clutter that me being creative causes! Reading is so much tidier...
