story time..

I went out with the guys on the bikes this morning, very windy and we got in some hill training ready for the big trip later this year. I felt so much better than of late, so it was very encouraging.

Home and then out on my mountain bike to get some bits and bobs.

The weather took a turn so I settled into some reading....boy did the time fly!

I'm hungry now so food is on the menu.....maybe a little movie time as well!
