Okay folks, this on is very simple.....

You follow the line of cones approximately 5km towards St Anne's pier.

Turn at the pier and follow the line of cones back.

You have just under 4 hours before the tide starts to come back in.

Your feet may get wet.

Any questions ask Yearofhappy: she has run it before.

Advanced warning. I may blip medical equipment this wee.....
