Keep away from my food!

At the end of a misty, grey day, just as dusk was falling, we caught site of a Leopard Seal feeding out in the bay. Getting pictures for photo-ID was difficult but it was another impressive show. All around were gulls, Cape Petrels and, here, Giant Petrels, trying to snatch a fragment of food. I don't think the lep is doing anything more than scaring them off, but it's a risky business.
