Day 16 - Snow in Butte

Taken through the window of our room in Butte - pouring snow on May 11! AND we had a grizzly bear run across the highway so close brakes were required with belongings in the van strewn here and there. It was a remarkable surprise. Otherwise open country and mountain ranges and open country and mountain ranges for 400 and some miles!
