"WotNot" beetle?

We spent the morning moving pots and cutting back shrubs in preparation for the new garden fencing arriving tomorrow. This creature took advantage of a walk on the old fence as he/she set out to look for a new home.
We have no idea what it is and so we have added it to our list of WotNots! Interesting in large view.
