Exciting Times ahead.

Today I went to my new Scuba Diving club and picked up my Scuba Tune Up study book. I haven't been in the water for 12 years so I need to have a refresher before my holiday in June when I will be out in the sea :-).

I also had a Personal Training Session today - oh my she put me through my paces tonight. Hard sessions but I really really enjoy them.

Need my bed now!!!
