Miserable day, lovely evening.

Spent today in Leeds on a work trip and it was truly foul weather so was over the moon to get back to Manchester and see how lovely the weather was!!

I went out for a nice walk up in to town and back to get some air. I am not hurting too much after my workout last night. Hoping won't kick in tomorrow.
