Project Garden - Day 1

Righty, here we go.

Spent three hours in the jungle garden tonight preparing the way for the rest of the week.

I managed quite a bit of work and went mad with a strimmer.

There are three levels to our back garden, so decided to start at the lowest of the tiers. This area is probably the worst bit, so getting it done first should act as a spur.

We suffered badly from flooding during the winter - see blips passim - and this has meant a weed fest, plus a damaged fence.

I'm determined though and progress tonight has been good. The midges came out in force around 9pm, so called it a night.

I deserve a bath. In our new bathroom.
