Trees of Green, Red Roses Too... I see them bloom
When I left a couple of weeks ago - the Blossoms had just started to bloom on the trees, and the leaves were starting to bud on the branches.
When I came home - the beautiful blossoms across the road, had fully flowered, and fallen. The Apple Blossom in the back garden was looking a little weary. The grass had grown twice as long as it had been when we left.
My seedlings which I planted (Thank you Kathy), have all sprouted, I'm in for a great harvest of Sweet Peas and Sunflowers. I'm going to re-pot them tonight. My wildflower seeds are popping through the soil - I'm not going to lie. I was really hoping to come home to a wild flower forest ... and I think I'm going to have to wait a little longer for my butterfly entrapment centre.
But at work. I've come back to a jungle. Not only are there leaves a plenty on every tree, but there baby trees sprouting up through the paving stones too. The gorse is all yellow, and the sky is blue.
Is quite, quite, perfect. Now all I need is a chair, outside, instead of inside.
