A beautiful bad day

It has been such a busy day today.
Part of it was spent in a mental health workshop that HP had organised as part of mental health awareness week. It was very interesting and informative we talked about how we should try and get our work life balance right and the irony of that is that because I spent two hours in a workshop I now have to work at home to make sure I get things done for a meeting tomorrow.
I decided to still go for a walk with Bella tonight as I thought it might clear my head before working again I was wrong she chased another dog again this time a Jack Russell.
oh well had better get to it pivot tables here I come.
