Home comforts

Over at Mums today. Delicious meals, happy kids, fresh air. (poorly Mr B but he at least got to sleep on the couch for most of the day, wouldn't have happened at home!)

Went to Smithills Hall for an afternoon wander (sans Mr B) The kids enjoyed exploring and we saw TWO woodpeckers sitting on a branch next to their hole in a tree!!! Only seen a woodpecker once before. Pretty cool.
