Catching Up

You don't realise how much information stuff you keep on your mobile. Although Apples customer service is second to none they cannot help me recover all my lost 'stuff'.
The trouble with all of us sharing one I-Tunes account; Joshua backed his phone up to I-Cloud and deleted all my backed up information!!
