Stress...

Stressful time at the moment with one of our employees.

He is taking us for a ride...very hard to dismiss someone these days , all sorts of legal hoops for the employer to have to jump through, as if they have done something wrong!
Poor David , it is not in his nature to deal with this sort of stuff, and I am only just managing to bite my tongue...I really want to scream at this person. (not Dave!)

The stress is getting to us both. Not good.

We have our lawyer involved now so hopefully it will be sorted sooner rather than later, and our business and marriage both survive!
