May 2014 Challenge - Mustard

This was my dinner tonight - bubble and squeak, with added mustard...

It was fried cabbage, chicory, leek and celery with mashed potato, salt and a dollop of mustard. Very tasty, and remarkably healthy (she says, ignoring the chips she had at lunchtime...)
