A Case of Late Night Roasting
The Advanced Roasting course in California was a wonderful opportunity to garner greater understanding of the science of roasting coffee. It also inspired me to re-examine every single roast we craft at Buon Giorno Coffee and to work on extracting even more flavor from the raw beans we work with. Tonight I worked on our Strong Tower El Salvador and look forward to cupping this new roast over the next couple of days.
