Really long 8 mile Nordic walk this morning in 20 degrees heat! Luckily I'd brought a change of clothes so I could change for lunch.
We started and ended at the Brampton Halt pub and walked along the old railway line before cutting off and going up the bridleway to heaven knows where! It was very pretty though!
I needed a pint of Guinness pronto back at the pub!

Rugby in the evening was a real nail-biter! It was the semi final of the prem league against nearest rivals - Leicester Tigers and it was a try in the last few minutes that clinched it!
I needed a pint of Guinness after that too!!! Lol

We stayed after the match - the atmosphere was so good. Got home at 12.30! (Hence the late blippage.. ;-)
