East Grinstead High Street (3 in a series)

My High Street shot for today is nbrs 34 - 40 - better know simply as 'Broadleys' (They don't use an apostrophe; even though its a business which the Broadley family own).

The local 'Mid-Sussex Life' recently contained an article about the building to save me an awful lot of research!

It is hard to imagine people being burnt at the stake, but it was outside this shop that's what happened in July 1556
