Tree's going nowhere

Sarah drove us down to Lesley's this morning. Said goodbye to Sarah. We went on a walk where she loves for 30 minutes. A bit of a dull walk as it was just along the street. We had quiche, garlic bread and salad for lunch outside which was good. After lunch we set off to the botanical gardens to go for a walk. Zigzagged our way around and then sat on a bench and chatted for a long time before walking back to the car. We got a parking ticket which was a bit of a bummer. Had an early supper which was cottages pie before driving father to the airport. Said a sad goodbye at the drop off. Won't see him for another year or so. Had an earlyish bed tonight.
