Aston Martin Atom

Today Bonhams held one of their regular auctions at the Aston Martin Works in Newport Pagnell. There were lots of Aston Martins around, and a few other impressive cars as well. A selection of them can be seen here.

This is an Aston Martin Atom. It was a 1939 prototype so is unique; apparently when David Brown drove it in 1947 he was so impressed, he bought the company. If you fancy buying it I think it's up for auction at Goodwood on 27th June but be warned; I suspect the reserve price will be in seven figures.
