Offal

This is a haggis and black pudding 'cake' served as a starter at the Royal Hotel. Stornoway. Damned good it was too.

I've always liked black pudding and Stornoway black pudding is the best. People from Bury may disagree. Haggis is also a favourite so the two together with an onion sauce; yum.

Cholesterol and fat somewhat high but .... I seem to have survived so far.
