No.14 Marston to Rimpton circuit

....and the last!
This is the Methodist Chapel built in 1882 and still in use in the 1990's. The congregation had shrunk and the decision was taken to sell up. All the land surrounding the chapel is owned by the house next door (hidden from view in this shot) and an offer was made when the chapel came on the market. The offer was undercut by a man who worked in the Planning Dept(!). It was his intention to live there. Unfortunately he found that he was unable to purchase the necessary land to make access and plumbing requirements possible! So he has stuffed it full of rubbish and abandoned it. The green tree/shrub visible is the front entrance.
So here endeth my circuit as I live 3 houses further up the street. I have enjoyed it immensely and I am gratified that some of you have too. We leave for Spain at 3am and as it will be Mono Monday - entrances and exits, I am planning a shot of Malaga airport. Hasta la vista!
