Ratatouille on the menu?
They're so shiny and beautiful, I thought they are worth blipping! After my stay by the Mediterranean I decided to make ratatouille, particularly as the sun continues to shine here! Elizabeth David has good recipes, simple and straightforward. Her first book was entitled A Book of Mediterranean Food, and I am now on my second copy, as the first one fell to bits!
