Ladies Bonnets galore!

Or, a sea of aquilegea flowers! It has been fun walking round the garden to see what has appeared during my absence; a week is a long time in the garden at this time of year!
Roses are coming out, tulips have vanished. Nigella is everywhere, and forget-me-nots are still blue and fresh. Sweet woodruff looks very effective with them, white and blue.
We are having lovely weather, and the forecast is promising too!
