Another Day at The Office

Yes it's Sunday and this is no ordinary office. Today I cupped some of the newly designed roast profiles and it was a good day at the office. Our Huila Colombian has transformed from a solid crowd pleaser to a much more complex balanced cup with hints of orange and caramel sweetness. The Misty Valley is even more tasty with until now unplumbed blueberries and citrus sweetness. As you can see from the photo, Sunday just after lunch sees no real slow down in the demand for good coffee. I love it!
