The holiday is over

Back home now after a fairly hairy drive down the A9.

The holiday in Harris was brilliant you can see the back-blips starting here with a picture of the blackhouse.
I'd definitely go back, even in winter.

The jouney down was horendous - I saw a car go off the road behind us after it hit a sheep.

I was surprised when I got home to see how much snow there was here. It's been lying for more than two weeks - I think we'll be talking about this winter for a long time...

Anyway, I went for a wander and dropped in on Eamonn. The progress on the house is amazing.
