From very little voice yesterday to feeling horrific today. All down to over doing it at the weekend and being exposed to bacteria heaven in Kinross, it would appear everyone who was there feels like this. The healthy eating plan has had to start.

Early night for me, hopefully feeling better by tomorrow.
