Had to take today off sick. I did plan to go in was all dressed but felt awful and the thought of standing up for 2hours facilitating a session with one of the most annoying people ever made the decision for me. Thankfully a kind person agreed to take it for me.

But then I did spend the day checking emails from home. Who thought of that idea, lets give them access to their work email at home, oh and give them a mobex too then people can also call you.

Went for a short wander tonight as cabin fever was kicking in.
