Lilac time.

This lone lilac flower is peeping over the fence at the end of my garden. The neighbour's landlord cut the mature tree down (Philistine) but I'm delighted to see it is fighting back. If I knew how to do it I'd link this to 'Lilac Wine' by Elkie Brooks.
I bought a camera bag in Aldi for ten euro the other day. It's perfect. Just what I need for our trip to Westport.
We are heading off at 6.30 am tomorrow. It's not the best of a day here in Dublin so it feels good to be going somewhere new.
Won't be blipping again until Sunday. See you all then.
