Angry starling.

I think the magpies were about, as the blackbirds and starlings were really kicking up a fuss.
This starling was perched on top of the runner bean canes.
Just look at those angry eyes! Best viewed large.

Only a quick shower today (just when I had finished hanging the washing out!)
The rest of the day has been warm with sunny intervals.
Spent most of the day doing house work after yesterday day out.

Looks a bit like rain now, so I haven't watered the pots.
Downpours mentioned on the weather forecast.

Now to watch Chelsea flower show and then
watching Happy Valley tonight. (hope my nerves can take it!)
