Having had a busy day at work, I had to shoot off down to Worthing to get the oil leak on the car sorted out.....

This turned out to be a complete waste of my time and fuel (which it drinks as it is an automatic). They don't know what is causing the leak or where it is. They dipped it and the oil was below the level and they have topped it up. This is since the week before Easter, so it's not that short a time. I have to keep topping it up as this is essentially all I can do at the moment. I cannot afford a new car and it will cost £300 - £600 to replace the cylinder head and head gasket with this garage - if it was that and it may not be! The leak to me is not there, as it seems to be dripping out of the bottom. I think I will at some stage take it to another Perodua dealer somewhere and get them to have a look at it and see what it really is. I go on holiday on Saturday so hope it will be OK.
