Brown-lipped snail on prunus

I spotted this beautiful little terrestrial gastropod mollusc on a flowering prunus I have and took my first snail picture! I watched while this tiny creature traversed from one leaf to another in an attempt to escape my attention. It did it so neatly. No wonder -they've had millions of years honing the technique in their tiny brains!
