The Travellers Rest, Alpraham

This is in my Dad's regular pub, a few miles northwest of Nantwich, in Alpraham. It's a no-frills place, but the welcome is always warm.

Even though I only visit maybe once or twice a year, landlord Michael greets me by name and knows what I tend to drink.

On this trip, after a Tetley, I tried the Weetwood Eastgate Ale. I would have checked in via Untappd, but the pub sits in a mobile-free zone.
