Fragrance and beauty

Back at work today. I miss having champagne offered whenever I happen to walk near a bar! Imagine having to mix my own G&Ts! Shocking. But I was glad not to have to wear a suit at dinner time.

Spent the whole day in the office catching up on a week of emails, so rushed out before the sun disappeared and caught this Rhododendron luteum showing off in front of Betula jacquemontii, strictly speaking B. utilis var occidentalis. I wish now that I'd pulled off those dying flowers hanging at the bottom!
