Apart from coffee and cake at the Linton kitchen, I couldn't motivate myself to do anything today. I have loads of plants that need planting but it was cold and intermittently rainy so that didn't get done.
Read my book and sat about, missing my boy and wondering what he's up to. We're so used to being able to contact people anytime, anywhere these days that it feels strange to be totally out of touch with Alfie for over 30 hours. The school posted a message on their website to say they had arrived yesterday lunchtime, but that's it.
Roll on tomorrow evening!
