Up on the moor

Another grey day, with rain showers. I caught up with a friend and her dog for a quick blat around the moor, three miles or thereabouts. This is her favourite way up. The bracken is still short but just beginning to unfurl. The view on the left is the Coquet Valley looking west.

My arm is still painful so I hope it is just that the stitches need to be out. I'm off to get that done now.
