We set out to do all the shopping we need - including various bits and pieces required for weekend DIY projects - today. Then Mr M - very predictably - suggested going via a very long and round-about route so as to look at a couple of houses on the way! And since we were almost there anyway, to Lindisfarne for a walk with Louie.

Very pleasant trip but, apart from the supermarket, the shops were closed before we got there. Another day, then!
