Lost Cat

I'm so worried about my cat, Luna "Bear". I haven't seen her since the day before we left for the cabin.

Usually, she shows up in the evening after we get home from work for dinner. She stays in and sleeps with us each night and then goes back out in the morning. The night before we left, she didn't come home. I didn't think it was that unusual as she has been known to spend a night or two out depending on her mood.

We had our friend, Ryan, stop by to check up on Bear and Tigger while we were gone. He reported that he saw Tigger each day but not Bear.

When we got home in the evening of the 2nd, she was no where to be found but I still felt pretty strongly that she'd show up on the 3rd. As of today, she still hasn't shown her cute face so after work R and I will be canvasing the neighborhood with flashlights, putting up these flyers.

I am preparing myself mentally for the worst that we'll never see her again but I'm hoping for the best. Every time I think about it I get teary-eyed. I am the world's worst cat mom for ever agreeing to let her go outside (she used to be a house cat before I moved in with R about a year and a half ago). hope she comes home.
