A Family Outing in the Ocatapod

We packed a picnic plonked the octapod on top of the car (got new roof racks) and went down to the river.
The day was...well perfect except for the lack of clouds in the sky...there was one little wispy one that looks like a hand holding a hammer.

We paddled over to a most beautiful little beach (featured here) where we lollygagged around for a while chomped away at our lunch and generally enjoyed the most gorgeous of days.

Tomorrow I have promised Flynn that we will go crab hunting...we have to get to the river at low tide.

I am really knackered and I apologise in advance of for not getting around to your journals tonight.

I really love that boat.

“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.”
