Oi! Where's the dogs?

A little while ago I blipped a new bank being built, and which promised all sorts of goodies on its opening day including face painting, free food and crucially, dog acts. Well, I'm a sucker for a performing dog, and as it's next door to the supermarket I shop in, along I went. But what's this? No dogs? Apparently it was too wet for them this morning, so they were due to arrive about an hour later. Well, I like performing dogs, but not that much, so I had to make do with a girl on stilts. At least, I think she's on stilts.....
