And get me to the church on time

A lovely day for a wedding. Blue sky, sunshine, great people and a crazy bride :)

The bride & groom arrived together & walked down the isle behind their bridesmaids & groomsmen made up of their children & friends. The bride sang to the groom, the brides daughter sang for the couple & the congregation (and a beautiful voice she has too!) and then we made a walkway outside the church with little streamers on sticks & bags of confetti before they were driven away in an Old American car (which I will find out the make of) driven by a guy who looked like a Hells angel.

And that was just at the church!

The reception was fabulously catered, the food & drinks wonderful and the speeches heartfelt (if a little difficult to understand as my Swedish is non-existent). Topped off by the toastmasters fake dropping of the cake, the bride & groom running out arguing followed by a spoof movie if what had happened after they left the room... Oh yes! This was an unusual wedding.

Miniman has just crashed & burned so I have no idea what's going on now.... But there's music & no doubt much dancing.

All the same... Here's to Yvette & Mikael! Good health, good fun & happiness for your life together!
