Time to go
I was sure the blue tits would have left the nest whilst we were away but I was lucky enough to see the last one leave this morning. One of the parents came back with a beak full of caterpillars on several occasions and then this last chick decided it must be time to go.
All the washing is out on the line blowing gently and should be ready for ironing tomorrow. A simple meal tonight, herby ham salad with jacket potatoes followed by strawberries and Cornish clotted cream. I don't know if there is any wine left in the garage but I might ask JJ to have a look (it's always out of my reach).
Very, very tired but very, very satisfied. Thank you so much for your support over the past week, it's been much appreciated. Now to catch up with what you've all been up to.
