Yellowhammer

Such a miserable, cold and wet day! Dreich sums it up! Did the BTO breeding bird survey anyway and there was plenty to see but too wet to get the camera out! Eventually had another walk and found this damp looking yellowhammer that was too cold to move away! It was near a place called Half Davoch. Seems a davoch is a measure of land.
Brightening up now thank goodness!
