MONOMONDAY:Weather. Oreti Beach

Today has been quite cold with a hint of rain and in some places there was white crunchy stuff not a lot but a reminder that it had snowed. I spent some time with Dad and he has improved slightly but he is short of breath and tired. I enjoyed taking some portraits of Dad who is an old photographer and Artist. He has a bossy nurse as he says with a BIG thumb who makes him eat his meals and really enjoys her coming in and telling him to eat his dinner. Today's image is of Oreti Beach a very long sandy beach where in my younger days at High School I spent many hours doing Surf Patrols and Surf Lifesaving training.Weather Map
