Snow Jewels

Diamonds? Rubies? Sapphires? I've found all of them in the snow scene outside my door today. My beloved 30D is en-route to New Jersey for a good cleaning. I'm heart-sick but decided to just do it, as Nike so proudly taught us.

I desperately needed two calendars, one for the kitchen and one for the wall in my office, so I figured I'd find some on sale at the local office supply store. They didn't have any except for their expensive office type calendars. So I drove across the parking lot (too cold to walk, you'll just have to trust me on this) to the CVS Pharmacy. I asked a store employee if they had any calendars and he walked me over to the only ones left in the store. They were 75% off along with all the Christmas related things. They didn't have much but I walked up to the cashier with two calendars: one with jungle animal pictures, the other with car pictures. The total was .54 cents. I'm not joking. I've never been so pleased with a purchase in my life. I absolutely LOVE my new super cheap calendars. If you do the math, they were only $1.00 each to begin with :).
