Every light and fluffy

Maybe it's just me but I don't quite understand the meaning of this Tesco 'every light and fluffy' pancakes advertisement...?

In other news I attended a mental health focus group today. As always I hope that something I said / did makes a difference somewhere. Definitely have a feeling of 'does any of it REALLY make a difference?' today... but if I don't try then I definitely won't have any impact.

Lots of travelling this week, but no training. Lots of meetings. Some professtional, some personal.

Meetings in Edinburgh, Cupar, Glenrothes, Dundee, Glasgow and St Andrews. Well nobody can ever say I don't get about :-)
