Gym in the park

Today I discovered some fitness equipment in the park. Hadn't known these existed, and think it's a great idea! There was various pieces - this one being a cross trainer type. As I was looking, three ladies came in, seemingly on their lunch break, and each started exercising using these equipment. Great initiative!

Also was treated to my first ever white hot chocolate and it was yum.

Psychiatrist appointment tomorrow. This evening I should make a list of what he needs to be told.

Desperately feeling the pain of one of the big down-sides to self-employment - doing work but rarely knowing with certainty exactly when I'll get paid for it.

VERY excited, though, to be getting my new laptop tomorrow even if it is windows 8.
