Sparkle.....

There's no doubt about it, a drop of bubbly is a great way to end a long day.

In 1976 Anna, a German friend introduced me to Henkell Trocken, a sparkling wine from her country. It's been my favourite bubbles ever since and has become our celebration wine. The sparkling wine has been produced in Wiesbaden since 1856 and it's interesting that many Aussies have never heard of it.

Honestly, you don't really need a good excuse to open a bottle of bubbly (in my humble opinion)!!

I'm really looking forward to heading to Sydney tomorrow night for the VIVID Blip Meet. It will be a wonderful opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. I just can't wait.
