Home to Clematis

Glad to be home again. Wandered around the garden this morning - it's in need of some considerable attention. The morning was taken up with the things that need attended to after two weeks away. In the afternoon we had Lucas, our 6 year old grandson. He was wonderful.

In the garden we have several clematis, most of which will no doubt be blipped. For Becket, the rose Rachel is coming on and, as promised, will be blipped soon - it's in bud and is always our first rose bloom. However, today the obvious candidate is a long established clematis. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe someone will tell me.
